First Import The Model Into Lumion.
Now Change The Materials, But Remember, While Choosing Materials, Use High-Quality Texture, I Recommend PBR TEXTURES, It'll Add Extra Detail To the Scenes and Give You More Realism. If you Wanna Know More About PBR Textures Then You can Read HERE.
Once All the Materials Are Applied Now we Will Add Some Trees In surroundings,
First I have Added Few Detailed Trees so it'll Help You to Achieve Great Results.
Always Use Detailed Models For Close Objects and Low Poly Models for Distant Objects.
This Is How It Looks After Adding Detailed Trees.
Furthermore, We Will Add Few Low-Quality Trees In the Background, we Are Actually Using These Trees Only For Filling The Gaps. These Low-Quality Trees are Called “Clusters”

We, Will, Add Detailed Small Plants Infront Of The House.
Will Add Fallen Trees And Leaf, Minor Details Like These will Improve The Overall Quality and Help you to Achieve Great Results.
Add Some Life to this Scene By Adding People and Pets.

And We Are Done, Now Click On The Render And Choose The Resolution .
